I had been coaching artists and creative people for five years prior to joining Sacred Depths. I was a little nervous when I first signed up for Sacred Depths. I had taken a number of coaching programs already and in fact had just finished a year long training. Did I really need to jump into another one? And while I felt this would be worth it, I wondered whether I would do the work, whether I’d stay engaged and how much I’d receive. Sacred Depths provided a beautiful container for upleveling my confidence as a Coach (truly, it even helped me in claiming the title of “Coach” in my work). The course is laid out exquisitely – with thoughtful attention to every detail. Joanna is beyond masterful in holding the energetics of a large classroom, and meeting the needs of group dynamics.

When I stepped into Sacred Depths, I had a successful bodywork practice that had evolved over 13 years and was ready for a major shift.
