Before any technique matters, your energetics, your presence, and the quality of the container you create with a client determine whether real transformation can happen at all. This area is where you deepen your capacity to hold space for whatever shows up — the hard truths your clients need to hear, the complex relational dynamics that arise, and the moments where your own projections or assumptions could get in the way.
Masterful Energetics in a Coaching Container
Your energetics (the beliefs, attitudes, and energy you bring into every session) are the invisible foundation of your client work. If you don’t believe your client is capable, they’ll feel it. If you become dysregulated when a client struggles, the whole session shifts. Better Questioning Skills + Activating the 4 Levels of Transformation
Knowing how to craft masterful and effective questions is an art. Each and every word counts. Your specific word choices count. The content direction you choose as the coach counts. Your tone of voice counts. This module teaches you to ask the kind of questions that create breakthroughs and open something real. You’ll also leave knowing how to activate all four levels in a single session (cognitive, emotional, spiritual and somatic), creating the kind of depth that clients have never experienced anywhere else.

Two of the most underestimated skills in transformational work — and two that most practitioners never receive real training in. Natural Rhythms Strategizing
No matter what your expertise – business, relationships, health, acupuncture, real estate…strategizing is an art that combines your knowledge & experience with being able to help a client find her pace, her rhythm, her strengths, and her gaps.
If you don’t know how to apply effective strategizing techniques to your expertise, client results will never get off the ground, because their plan and blueprint won’t be personalized for them. You’ll learn to identify whether your client is a Marathoner, Sprinter, Tipping-Pointer, or Marinator, and create action plans that are designed around how they actually move, not how the productivity world says they should. The result: clients who follow through, build momentum, and stop beating themselves up for how they work.
Advanced Visioning Skills
It sounds simple to sit down and create goals and visions for yourself and with clients, but the truth is that most of the visions that get created in coaching sessions aren’t aligned, and aren’t fully in integrity with the client’s deepest desires…and therefore clients become stuck. Most visioning work stays in the head. This module goes deeper, teaching you sophisticated visioning techniques that engage the body, the emotions, and the spirit alongside the mind, so clients access and anchor a future self that pulls them forward from the inside.
How to Create Effective Accountability Structures
If you aren’t able to co-create Accountability with your clients, they will fail at the goals they have hired you to help them with. But most coaches, even very seasoned coaches, don’t understand human behavior behind accountability as well as the different Accountability Styles of both the coach and client.
When you can master these vital teachings, you will stop spending countless extra hours following up with clients or feeling over-responsible for them, and your clients will be fully empowered to take their actions into their own hands and move forward at a pace that is aligned for them.
Embracing the Mystery
Sometimes the most important role a practitioner can have is to support your clients in Letting Go instead of Creating. In our modern world, where so much emphasis is placed on more, more, more and Hell Ya, Let’s Do it!….sensitive or deep-thinking/feeling clients can feel forced into going against the grain of their own nature and natural rhythms. But of course, the absolute best way to grow and achieve desired goals is to work in alignment you’re your rhythms, not against them.
Because Release and Destruction are vital parts of the Creation process, this is one of the trickiest jobs of a guide (& most practitioners don’t even realize that this is part of their responsibility!). It must be done expertly, masterfully and with great care in order to have impact.
Rewiring Unhelpful Beliefs Technique
Beliefs aren’t just thoughts; they’re neural patterns, and they require more than insight or reframing to actually change. You’ll master a precise, evidence-based methodology for identifying and rewiring the deep beliefs that keep clients repeating the same patterns, going far beneath the surface into real, lasting neural change. You’ll leave with a complete, repeatable somatic technique you can use immediately with virtually any client situation.
The Befriend Your Fear Somatic Method
This is one of the most powerful methodologies you will ever add to your practice. You’ll learn how to help clients recognize fear as it’s happening, work with it at the body level, stay with it long enough to hear what it’s actually saying, and guide them through it into clarity and aligned action. Fear stops being the ceiling and starts becoming the doorway. The breakthroughs that follow are the kind clients talk about for years.
The Resistance Archetypes
Something most coaches don’t know when they start coaching: Your clients will at some point naturally go into Resistance not only to their goals…but to YOU.
The Resistance Archetypes for 1:1 work generally show up as The Victim, The Judge, The Know it All, The Flake, & The Needy One, The Overwhelmed One and The Procrastinator. If you don’t know how to Navigate these Resistance Archetypes and others, it will derail the coaching relationship and coaching container. You clients will cease to move forward in meaningful ways, and you will feel like you are struggling with them every step of the way.

Perfectionism is one of the most common and most misunderstood patterns in client work. It’s not a character flaw; it’s a fear-based protection mechanism, and treating it like a discipline problem only makes it worse. You’ll develop a set of skills to work with perfectionism at its root: somatically, psychologically, and with the kind of compassion that allows clients to finally release the impossible standard they’ve been holding themselves to.
The Archetype Visualization Technique
This advanced visualization methodology uses archetypal imagery to access parts of the client’s psyche that talk-based coaching rarely reaches — the places where the deepest beliefs, wounds, and possibilities live. You’ll leave with a versatile, profoundly effective technique that creates breakthroughs clients consistently describe as some of the most extraordinary experiences of their lives.
Getting Off the Wheel of Self-Sabotage
Self-sabotage is not random. It’s a predictable cycle with identifiable stages. Once you have a clear map of how it works, nothing your client does will surprise or derail you. You’ll go deep into your own relationship with power, claim it more fully, and understand the shadow side of it so you can hold it with integrity. You’ll leave this module with a more embodied sense of your own authority, and a clearer, more grounded way of expressing it in your work and your life.
Rewiring Your Rejection Sensitivity
For so many seasoned practitioners, the thing that most limits their visibility isn’t strategy — it’s the somatic fear of being judged, not chosen, or not good enough. You’ll work with rejection sensitivity at the body level, creating new neural pathways that stop the fear of rejection from organizing your marketing, your outreach, and your willingness to be seen. Befriending Your Money Fears

How much time should I expect to commit each week?
Sacred Depths is designed for working practitioners, not students with unlimited bandwidth. Most participants find they need approximately 3 hours per week, including live sessions, practicum time, and integration. The program is built around the understanding that your client work continues throughout. And in fact, you'll be able to apply what you're learning immediately, which means the program pays for itself in real time.
Will Sacred Depths help me with my groups, retreats, and workshops?
Absolutely…and often profoundly so. While Sacred Depths is built around 1:1 client work as its primary context, every skill, methodology, and framework you learn translates directly into your group containers. The Befriend Your Fear Somatic Method, the Resistance Archetypes, the Rewiring Unhelpful Beliefs Technique, the Archetype Visualization: all of these are as powerful in a group setting as they are in a private session. Many Sacred Depths graduates lead retreats, group programs, and workshops, and consistently report that their groups become richer, more alive, and more transformational as a direct result of this training. They also have more referrals and renewals. When you know how to hold depth for one person, you know how to hold it for a room.
What if I can't make all the live sessions?
All sessions are recorded and available in your member center within 24 hours. That said, the live experience — including the practicum, the Q&A, and the community — is where much of the deepest learning happens. I encourage you to attend live whenever possible.
