Day 1: Monday, March 9
Transform Your Energetics
Depth coaching begins before the session ever starts.
Here we explore how your inner world shapes client outcomes. We’ll do a deep dive into your energetics, trauma responses, self-trust, and the subtle ways the “not good enough” belief interferes with presence, authority, and clarity (even if you have decades of experience under your belt!).
- Transform the part of you (& your clients!) that questions whether you are “enough”
- Shift the deep-seated “Fraud Factor” that prevents you from activating stellar client progress… and holds you back from marketing boldly!
- Excavate your patterns of (dis)trust (of yourself & others) that block you from doing your best client work & marketing

Day 2: Tuesday, March 10
Ask Better Breakthrough Questions
So much of your client work and devotion to client progress hinges on asking questions. Yet, not all questions are equal; there is an art to crafting truly transformational questions.
This day focuses on how to deepen this essential coaching skill and make your questions inside of coaching sessions go from good (or even great) to phenomenal.

Fear and resistance are not obstacles to client results & transformation — but you need to understand how they operate and what to do.
This day offers advanced principles for working with fear & resistance in a way that is ethical, trauma‑aware, and effective.
- Unpack the Mechanics of Fear to be able to create client breakthroughs + show up more powerfully in your work
- Re-circuit The Victim, The Judge, The Flake, The Overwhelmed or The Confused One inside of you…so that you stop holding back from marketing & visibility efforts
- Learn the 4 most important principles of working somatically with clients (so you cut through old patterning quicker)

Day 4: Thursday, March 12
Staying Trauma‑Informed in Your Coaching
Depth requires safety…and safety requires specific tools and understandings.
Together we’ll explore power dynamics inside coaching relationships, including how power is shared, misused, or avoided. You’ll learn trauma‑informed principles that support ethical practice and deeper transformation (& ethical marketing too!)

Straight up: I’m generously giving over 12 hours of training and experience for a tiny fraction of what it is worth. The reason is two-fold. While I love and am proud of the coaching industry, I do also believe that coaches need better skills and to know how to do depth work. It’s what our clients need, especially with everything we’re holding as a people these days. And I’m committed to making this important training as accessible as possible. Making it super accessible also gives me an opportunity to give you a peek of what we do inside of the Sacred Depths Transformational Practitioner Certification — I want as many smart, ethical, depth-oriented practitioners as possible to know about it!

Are recordings available? Do I need to attend all 5 days?
Replays will be available for a few days—but this is designed to be experienced live.
While I HIGHLY recommend attending the full event (what we cover is sooo good!), I understand that life happens and you may need to miss some of the event. That’s OK. Each session is filled to the brim with content and you will still receive a LOT if you can’t come to each session.
Will there be a chance to ask questions during the training?
Yes! Your questions and shares are an important part of these 5 days. Ask ANYTHING you want, and I will answer. I will coach you, brainstorm with you, consult….and also you will learn so much and feel so held by the other questions and shares in the community.
