Linda, a Registered Nurse, and Certified Coaching Practitioner spent the majority of her 40+ years in nursing caring for persons, and their families, with neurological disorders/injuries. Entering the coaching profession was a natural evolution for Linda to support individuals adapt to and cope with change.   Linda’s coaching practice supports nurses in overcoming chronic stress and exhaustion so they can regain their energy to achieve work-life balance. With a focus on deep inner healing work, her coaching practice supports nurses to access the ‘wounded healer’, develop self-compassion, promote self-care while building resilience and personal empowerment.
