Besides schooling in traditional massage, Ann Margaret is trained in Zone Technique, ARC, Zero Balancing, VOILA–Structural Joint Balancing, Chi Walking/Chi Running, Original Strength, Neurokinetic Therapy, Restorative Breathing, STRAIT Method Scar Release, and Craniosacral Massage.
After a life-altering cycling accident, Ann Margaret realized her passion for helping others to become pain and disease-free. She enrolled in massage school and took many additional courses aimed at bringing people from pain and dysfunction to performance and flow. Now Ann Margaret spends her time concentrating on listening to her body and pursuing those activities that bring her joy and ease of movement.
