Stephanie Papadakis is a Holistic Nutrition Consultant, AIP Coach, and Grief Recovery Specialist. She helps clients step back into their power, bodies, work, and lives by taking control of their nutritional, mental, and emotional health so they can become who they were always meant to be. She does this by addressing health imbalances caused by poor digestive health, autoimmune diseases, hormonal issues, emotional stress, and grief; shifting mindsets using mindfulness techniques, and healing emotional wounds by learning to trust intuition.
