Zoom Information

The following are some helpful links to support your participation on our Zoom calls.  Note the instructions may vary if you are connecting via Mac, PC, or mobile device.  

Tips for the best connection:

  • Make sure you have Zoom installed and that you know how to access it at least 24 hours prior to your call.
  • Join the call from a place where you have a strong internet connection.
  • Join the call where you have limited distractions and close all other applications on your computer/device. 
  • Use a headset to improve sound quality and reduce background noise.
  • Whenever possible, join the call with your video on so we can see you!
  • Make sure you have good lighting on your face and that there isn’t a source of light behind you.

Save Chat:

  • As an attendee you can manually save the chat transcript
  • When in the meeting, click on chat
  • At the bottom of the chat window, click the three dots and then Save Chat
