Essie believes wholeheartedly that people deserve the opportunity to experience transformation and liberation. To walk free from fear, limiting thoughts and old stories that don’t align with the here and now, and learn to love themselves. Each session, she holds clients with compassion and warmth and a deep belief in each person’s inner wisdom and the unique essence they bring to the world. These gifts are profoundly healing. Essie loves to create space for women to be seen, heard and loved. As a Mama of 2 whose family have chosen to live a life unschooling she offers a non-judgemental and empowering space for families as they unravel the conditioning from their families of origin and the systems that shaped them.
