Admitting our mistakes as leaders

Joannaig Square@2x

As part of our month-long focus on the Ethics of Leadership, we take a look today at the challenges and importance of admitting our mistakes as leaders.

In order to be not only ethical and trauma-informed in our client work, but also highly effective and transformational coaches and practitioners, it is essential to be able to own up to our mistakes.

We need this on all levels of leadership!

In the episode, we cover:

⇒ what happens in our communities and with our clients when we don’t own our mistakes

⇒ a story about a crucial moment where I made a huge mistake…and what I did…and what happened next (the most important part!)

⇒ what lies underneath the difficulties of owning mistakes and how to move forward

This episode is short but a really important toe-dip into one of the most important topics of coaching and leadership.
