Inspired to build the connections that encourage individuals and teams to reach new levels o f creativity and growth, Lara co-founded Make Believe Works with her partner, Ben Swire in 2021. They facilitate corporate team building workshops (remote, in-person, and hybrid) that use simple creative activities to get people laughing and sharing in a meaningful way. Their activities help strengthen the connections and emotional muscle memory it takes to fuel a healthy, collaborative work culture. Lara also coaches individuals looking to reconnect to their intuitive wisdom to manage change or creative blockages and pave the way towards greater alignment and fulfillment.
