Nicole is the CEO and lead coach of Nicole Cruz Coaching. As a life coach, speaker, and activist, Nicole supports immigrants and immigrant descendants to reclaim their power, identity, and agency to create thriving lives. Her ultimate vision is to work with change makers of color to co-create a joyful, expansive, and liberated world through radical embodiment of their full power. Her work has been featured in Fast Company and Thrive Global and she has spoken at organizations such as Google, FleishmanHillard, and UC Merced. Nicole is a full-time traveler with 35 countries visited and is currently living in Italy getting her fill of delicious eats.
