My heart lights up when I watch folx take apart our old stories and use them to write new songs. For the past two decades, I have been a mentor to creative and radical and inspirational coaches, healers, and practitioners as they cultivate their unique offerings and bring their teaching out into the world. My background is in integrative trauma work (psychotherapy-acupuncture-somatics) and progressive education.
